Everyone had a first day once. On yours, we’ll assess and get to know all about you – what your starting point is, what your strengths are, what your goals are, and how we can support you in working towards attaining your goals. Everyone is unique and how we modify and progress you during your training will reflect that. Strength training and mobility are scalable and you will work at your pace.
Everyone’s fitness journey is different. During your trial period, we’ll learn about your unique needs, preferences, abilities, and goals. You’ll learn how we approach strength training and you’ll see firsthand what makes us unique in a cluttered marketplace of fitness options.
You will pay $50 for your first session which includes a comprehensive assessment with a qualified KING Strength trainer then they will determine the best plan of action for your fitness journey.
