DON'T MARRY US RIGHT AWAY, DATE US FIRST.

Everyone had a first day once. On yours, we’ll assess and get to know all about you – what your starting point is, what your strengths are, what your goals are, and how we can support you in working towards attaining your goals. Everyone is unique and how we modify and progress you during your training will reflect that. Strength training and mobility are scalable and you will work at your pace. 

 

Everyone’s fitness journey is different. During your trial period, we’ll learn about your unique needs, preferences, abilities, and goals. You’ll learn how we approach strength training and you’ll see firsthand what makes us unique in a cluttered marketplace of fitness options.

You will pay $50 for your first session which includes a comprehensive assessment with a qualified KING Strength trainer then they will determine the best plan of action for your fitness journey.

 

What to expect on your first day

WE'RE REDEFINING WHAT GROUP CLASSES ARE

Our focus on strength training goes against the grain and departs from the crowded HIIT-focused trend that is the current state of the fitness industry.

Group Classes at King Strength & Performance are our bread and butter. They are based on the same strength training philosophy as our personal training, just modified to work in a larger group setting. We have classes for beginners, for experts, for fitness junkies, for stressed out individuals, and for relief seekers. We have Strength, Conditioning, FRC/Mobility, and Arm Farm class types; which, offer a complete training experience for all our group class members.

TRAIN WITH INTENTION & PURPOSE

Take the randomness out of your workouts and train with a purpose. You don't get strong by keeping your body guessing; that's just a catchy marketing tactic that trendy boutique fitness studios use and it's honestly a bunch of BS.

It requires structure.

Building strength, developing your range of motion, and improving your body composition takes a plan, time, and proper execution. We sequence through mobility, strength, conditioning, and regeneration. The results: greater relative strength and work capacity, and improved body composition.
