That being said, the regiments are tailored by athletes, bodybuilders, and trained coaches to meet every level of strength training(from beginner to over 9000) so bring your motivation. King strength classes imo blend motivated newcomers, returning enthusiasts, athletes, and powerlifters into a team dedicated to achieving personal goals. They create an environment where plateaus are overcome.

Taking an assessment was an easy way for me to know i’d meet my strength goals here.

I’ve been going to their location in Cranford for two years now… and once I heard one was in Livingston I was THRILLED because it was closer to my apartment. Great trainers, great community, and I love how they’re focused on not only strength training but injury prevention as well. As a women who NEVER lifted weights because I was afraid of being “bulky”, King Strength and Performance really encouraged me to use more weight training in my workout routine. I always appreciate the fact that every trainer takes time to get to know you while in class and outside of class and not only builds personal relationships with you, but takes time to work with you during class to get stronger. I started at this location when it opened last month. I attend the group classes and they’re fantastic. All of the trainers are extremely knowledgeable and expertly coach you through each exercise and are able to provide modifications if you need it. I started seeing positive changes in myself by the end of my first week. I highly recommend King Strength and Performance.

New inclusive strength training gym! The moment I stepped in I was greeted with genuine kindness. The trainers pay attention to what everyone is doing and work towards giving individuals a catered experience. I watched as adjustments were made during group training to optimize mobility and maintain a safe experience while building strength.
