The interview process

STEP 1: Introductory Video Chat [Virtual]: 15~30 min video chat where you’ll learn exactly what we’re looking for, we will learn what you are looking for, and we’ll both see if there’s mutual interest to work together.

STEP 2: Experience Our Group Training + Technical [In-Person]: You’ll need to experience at least 2-3 different classes during your interview process to get a sense of what we provide. After class we’ll sit and talk – just as we’d assess a new client to see their starting point, we’d like to see how you think about programming, progression, communication, and more.

STEP 3: Shadow & Lead Group Training [In-Person]: You’ll lead up to 2 Group Training sessions under the supervision of one of our trainers. And we’ll make a decision based on your performance, coach ability, and input from both our trainers and clients.

All together, you may be coming on-site up to 4 times within 2 weeks through this process. Note that your own interview process may proceed faster than 2 weeks if you’re able to schedule all of the above earlier.
