GROUP TRAINING DELIVER EFFECTIVE RESULTS.

A COMPLETE TRAINING

Our classes incorporate all the necessities needed for an effective training program: mobility, strength training, conditioning and regeneration. The results: greater relative strength and work capacity (endurance), and improved body composition.

Each class is 60-minutes long and will include movement prep, mobility, corrective exercises, strength and conditioning, cool downs, stretching and a team-based atmosphere. For a complete training package.

OUR DIFFERENT CLASS TYPES

STRENGTH

Strength is our flagship program, where we are making our statement in the fitness industry. This is strength and conditioning in its purest form. Strength teaches: work ethic, consistency and advanced weightlifting techniques utilizing barbells and kettlebells.

STRENGTH BREAKDOWN:

  • Three day, periodized program rotates every four weeks between two blocks: accumulation (volume, body composition and work capacity) and intensification (strength, speed, power and explosiveness).
  • Your training progress (weights) will be accurately be logged on the TrainHeroic app.
  • Workout in a group of up to 12 people.
  • Designed for new, intermediate, and advanced members.

BASE

Getting strong doesn't need to be complicated but it also requires a solid BASE. BASE is a stripped-down way to build lean muscle, solidify movement patterns, and get the most ROI from strength training. BASE uses dumbbell, kettlebell, landmine, band and bodyweight exercises and avoids any axial barbell loading. This program is perfect for those beginning their strength training journey, those returning from injury, and those who want a deload/break.

CONDITIONING

This conditioning-focused class was created to complement our other strength training programs. We incorporate both anaerobic and aerobic styles of conditioning.

  • Supplemental workout between Strength and Mass sessions.
  • Your training progress (weights) will be accurately be logged on the TrainHeroic app.
  • Designed for new, intermediate, and advanced members.
  • Designed to help you get more out of each training block.

ARM FARM

Your ticket to the gun show. This is the ultimate 60-minute upper body pump session guaranteed to add muscle to your upper body and hype you up for the weekend!

Don't be surprised if we pop open a can of beer during these sessions. A solid pump puts you in a certain state of mind.
